Recruitment Team Lead

An international media buying team with over 450 employees worldwide is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead. The role involves managing a recruiting team, developing employees, and controlling results. Candidates from Ukraine are considered.

What you'll do

• Build a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Distribute vacancies and control team workload
• Track key recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, funnel conversion, candidate quality
• Help recruiters with sourcing and closing complex positions
• Build and improve internal team processes

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Understanding of hiring specifics for Media Buyers, Team Leads, and other specialists in traffic arbitrage
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to work with niche profiles
• High autonomy, responsibility, and leadership qualities
