A team actively scaling in LATAM and Africa is looking for a strong traffic handler to work with leads in the investment vertical. The role involves closing clients, handling large volumes of leads, and meeting KPIs. High commission, motivation grid, and growth opportunities are offered.

• At least 6 months of experience as a traffic handler
• Ability to work with large volumes of leads
• Sales skills and proper objection handling
• Ability to guide clients to the target action
• Responsibility and adherence to work schedule
• Willingness to work against KPIs
• Focus on results and growing personal commission
