Operations Manager

A large international iGaming holding is looking for a strong operations leader to build a stable and predictable operational infrastructure. The role involves managing processes, teams, and taking responsibility for operational results. Possible directions: COO, Head of Office Management, Regional Project Manager. Relocation to Cyprus required.

What you'll do

• Manage operations: build processes, lead teams, take ownership of results
• Manage office network, implement standards and control
• Coordinate regional teams, establish processes and reporting
• Work with KPIs, budgets, and reports
• Interact with people and cross-functional departments, ready to 'work hands-on'

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, administration, or project management
• Understanding of processes, KPIs, reporting, and budgets
• Ability to work with people and teams (subordinates and cross-functional departments)
• Willingness to 'work hands-on'
• Russian language is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
