Head of VIP (Spanish speaking)

The employer is looking for a Head of VIP to develop the VIP direction and ensure high standards of customer service. The portfolio includes two projects on the GR8 Tech platform. Work mode is remote.

What you'll do

• Develop the VIP direction
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Lead the VIP team and grow the direction across two projects on the GR8 Tech platform

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the VIP direction
• iGaming experience is mandatory
• Fluent Spanish (C1 or above)
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian
• Residence outside Russia

Nice to have

• English proficiency (B2 or above)
