International Recruiter GCC Region

An international company in the iGaming/PSP industry is looking for a recruiter to handle staffing for the GCC region. Key tasks include developing partnerships with international recruitment agencies, working with vendors from the Philippines, Pakistan, and India, compliance assessment, and recruitment coordination.

What you'll do

• Search and develop partnerships with international recruitment agencies in GCC countries
• Work with labor suppliers from the Philippines, Pakistan, and India
• Assess compliance and conduct negotiations
• Coordinate the recruitment process, monitor quality and timelines, manage the hiring pipeline

What we need

• 3+ years in international recruiting
• Experience with GCC recruitment agencies
• Strong network of contacts in the GCC region
• Understanding of international recruitment processes
• English B2+
