PSP Specialist Mid

The company is looking for a PSP Specialist Mid to work on the Azerbaijan market. The specialist will manage PSP operations, monitor transactions, onboard new providers and local payment methods. Requires 1+ year experience, English B1+, Russian native, understanding of payment systems.

What you'll do

• Manage PSP operations and monitor transactions
• Optimize payment processes for the Azerbaijan market
• Identify and onboard new payment providers, agents, and local payment methods
• Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms
• Support integrations (cards, e-wallets, local methods)
• Track approval/decline rates, reduce chargebacks
• Cooperate with anti-fraud and technical teams
• Ensure stable payment flows and analyze market opportunities
• Maintain provider relationships
