PSP Specialist Mid
Employer —Location Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan
Manage PSP operations, monitor transactions, and optimize payment processes for the Azerbaijan market. Identify and onboard new payment providers, agents, and local payment methods. Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms. Support integrations (cards, e-wallets, local methods). Track approval/decline rates, reduce chargebacks, and cooperate with anti-fraud and technical teams. Ensure stable payment flows, analyze market opportunities, and maintain provider relationships.
What we need
- 1+ year experience in payment systems or PSP
