What you'll do

• Provide exceptional service to high-stakes players, including weekend and shift availability.

What we need

• Proven experience working with VIP clients in the iGaming industry across the LatAm region.
• Spanish, English, and Russian skills from B2 and higher.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client relationships.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze player data and create tailored retention strategies.
• Flexibility: availability for weekend or shift work, as VIP players are active outside regular business hours.
