VIP Manager

An iGaming company is looking for a VIP Manager to work with clients from the LatAm region. Remote work, requires Spanish, English, and Russian skills from B2 and higher.

• Proven experience working with VIP clients in the iGaming industry across the LatAm region
• Spanish, English and Russian skills from B2 and higher
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client relationships
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze player data and create tailored retention strategies
• Flexibility: availability for weekend or shift work, as VIP players are active outside regular business hours
