Head of Affiliate / Team Lead Affiliate

International iGaming project is looking for a Head of Affiliate to scale the partner network and develop the team. Key responsibilities include strategy development, team management, performance analysis, cross-department collaboration. Requirements: 2+ years of affiliate management in iGaming, experience with various GEOs, expertise in casino and sportsbook verticals, understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, leadership skills, English B2+.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of affiliate strategy
• Management of the affiliate managers team
• Building KPI and processes
• Development of the partner network in international markets
• Analysis of acquisition channel effectiveness
• Interaction with Product, CRM, SEO and Marketing teams
• Automation and optimization of internal processes

What we need

• Experience in managing affiliate direction in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Experience working with various GEOs
• Expertise in casino and sportsbook verticals
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models
• Strong leadership and management skills
• English language at B2 level or higher
