VIP Account / VIP Retention Manager

A large media ecosystem develops several areas including streaming, in-house gaming projects, VIP client management, and long-term integrations with iGaming operators. We are looking for an experienced manager to personally handle VIP players, drive retention, and boost loyalty. Experience in VIP service or iGaming industry is essential.

What you'll do

• Personal communication with VIP players, prompt assistance and issue resolution
• Work on customer retention and increasing their loyalty to the brand
• Development and organization of personal activities and private events for players

What we need

• Experience in VIP service or iGaming industry in positions such as VIP Account / VIP Retention / Affiliate management
