Affiliate Manager (Tier 2-3)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with partners in Tier 2–3 markets. Remote work, flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliates in Tier 2–3 markets
• Manage the affiliate portfolio: negotiate terms, create bonus schemes, motivate
• Track and optimize campaigns by metrics (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU)
• Leverage own network for fast and measurable results

What we need

• Confirmed experience scaling traffic on Tier 2–3
• Availability of partner base in Tier 2–3
• Expertise in key traffic channels (PPC, SEO, partner programs, social media)
• English B2
