Retention Manager | Push

The company is looking for a Retention Manager specializing in push notifications to increase player retention and LTV in iGaming/Binary. Responsibilities include setting up push communications, building retention scenarios, and adapting content for the LATAM audience.

What you'll do

• Set up and improve push communications
• Build retention and return scenarios for players
• Identify growth opportunities for repeat deposits and player activity
• Work with copy, offers, and triggers for push notifications
• Adapt communication to different GEOs and audience types

What we need

• Background in iGaming / Binary options
• Experience in retention, push direction, traffic processing
• Understanding of the player lifecycle
• Experience in creating content for schematic traffic
• Knowledge of PWA and/or mobile app specifics
• Understanding of the LATAM audience and approaches to handling it
