Head of Tech Department (Team Lead)

The company is looking for a Head of Tech to lead the technical department of a strong arbitrage team. The role involves full control over IT infrastructure, automation of routine tasks, integrations, and managing the tech team. The position is fully remote with competitive compensation.

What you'll do

• Infrastructure: Full control and administration of servers and trackers (deep knowledge of Keitaro).
• Automation: Building a pipeline for mass generation of whites, copying, cleaning, and uniquifying landing pages (via software/scripts).
• Integrations: Complex API integrations, integration with CRM systems, setting up postbacks and cloaking.
• Stability: Work with domains, Cloudflare, bot protection, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
• Management: Leading the tech department (setting tasks for layout designers/junior techs, monitoring their work).

What we need

• Proven experience as a tech lead or senior tech specialist in arbitrage.
• Automation skills (ability to write scripts to speed up processes).
• Systematic approach: ability to build reliable architecture that does not fail when traffic scales.
