Retention Manager / RD
Employer Location —Comp fixed + percentage of results, payments once per monthSchedule 09:00-21:00, 7 days a week (weekends by arrangement)
The team is looking for an experienced Retention Manager / RD specialist to work with repeat deposits in the Binary Options vertical. Fully remote work with multi-geo.
What you'll do
- Working with repeat client deposits in the Binary Options vertical
- Client retention and encouraging repeat deposits via CRM
- Interacting with the existing client base according to established processes
- Working in Chatterfy and other tools
What we need
- At least 6 months of experience in Binary Options
- Experience in client retention and repeat deposits
- Understanding of Binary Options traffic, client journey, and deposit funnel
- Experience with Chatterfy
- English at least B1 level
- Own PC and stable internet connection
- Age 20+
- No concurrent projects
- Responsibility, stress tolerance, and result orientation
