Team Lead / Head of Buying (FB)

We are looking for a Team Lead / Head of Buying with experience in Facebook Ads traffic buying for high-risk verticals (gambling, forex, binaries). GEO: Tier 1-2. Remote format, fixed + % of profit.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for the results of the buyer team, set goals and KPIs, conduct result reviews
• Control cost per lead, number of FTDs, payback, conversion and volumes
• Form a strategy for testing bundles/geo and scaling volumes without losing ROI
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new buyers
• Build a system for testing new hypotheses
• Standardize analytics and reporting
• Control budget allocation
• Find and eliminate bottlenecks preventing scaling of volumes and profit

What we need

• Strong experience in independent Facebook Ads traffic buying, with monthly spend of $80,000+ over the last 3-6 months
• Experience managing a team of traffic buyers of 3-5+ people
• Up-to-date understanding of working with high-risk verticals
