Call Center Agent (German language)

An international iGaming project is looking for a German-speaking call center agent to work on client retention. Fully remote, outbound calls to warm leads, offering personalized conditions and bonuses, handling player inquiries.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in call centers or sales
- German language B2+
- Russian or English at least B2 for internal communication
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts (15:00-23:00 or 19:00-04:00 GMT+3)
