Team Lead Video Production / Producer

A team with over 3 years of experience in the Binary Options vertical on the international market is looking for a Team Lead Video Production / Producer. The role involves managing the video production team, organizing shoots, and being responsible for the steady release of high-quality video content. The candidate must be based in Moscow and regularly participate in offline shoots with influencers.

What you'll do

• Manage the video production team: distribute tasks, control workload, deadlines, and results
• Organize the full video production cycle: idea → brief → preparation → shooting → editing → final video
• Organize and personally participate in video shoots with influencers in Moscow
• Coordinate work with influencers, actors, editors, scriptwriters, and other specialists
• Control the execution of the content plan and the volume of video content released
• Review the quality of finished videos, provide feedback, and control revisions
• Create clear briefs for video production and control their execution
• Build and optimize processes within the video production department
• Monitor employee performance, identify problem areas, and find solutions
• Work closely with Media Buying, SMM, and Sales teams
• Analyze video content performance and propose new formats and hypotheses
• Organize the shooting process: locations, equipment, participants, timing, and preparation of materials
• Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and development of the video production team

What we need

• Based in Moscow and ready to regularly assist the team with offline shoots
• Experience in Content / Video Production in Binary Options / Forex / investments / crypto and other 'gray' performance niches
• Team management experience of at least 1 year
• Experience organizing shoots and working with influencers / bloggers
• Understanding of the full video content production cycle
• Understanding of short vertical video specifics: Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts / UGC
• Ability to handle a large number of tasks and keep deadlines under control
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Willingness not only to manage production but also to be directly involved in the shooting process
