IT Recruiter

CompassSpace is looking for an IT Recruiter for a partner product IT company in the FinTech sector. The role is fully remote and involves actively sourcing and attracting IT specialists, conducting initial screening, and guiding candidates through the process while meeting recruiting KPIs.

What you'll do

• Source and attract IT specialists
• Process incoming applications and proactively source candidates
• Conduct initial screening, present vacancies, and support candidates throughout the process
• Work towards results and meet recruiting KPIs

What we need

• At least 6 months of recruiting experience
• Fluent communication skills and ability to work at a fast pace
• English and Russian at C1 level
• Comfortable working remotely and in a video office
