Head of Sales Hunter

International Fintech company is looking for a Head of Sales Hunter to find and close Enterprise clients. Initially — individual sales and full autonomy, with the potential to build a team. Remote work, international exhibitions, fixed salary + KPI bonuses up to 50%.

What we need

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience as a hunter: finding and acquiring new clients
• Ability to reach decision makers (CEO, Head of Payments, BD) and negotiate
• Experience closing deals with Enterprise clients
• Independence and full autonomy in work

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech/Banking/Telecom
• Experience building a sales team
