Retention call operator

The employer (iGaming) is looking for a retention call operator for remote work. You will research client preferences, analyze behavior, and help create campaigns and bonuses. Main tasks include outbound calls using scripts and sending emails, messages, and SMS.

• Send emails, messages, and SMS to clients
