Affiliate Manager (Crypto / Arbitrage)

A fast-growing affiliate/crypto team is looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to strengthen its direction. The role involves sourcing and onboarding advertisers and partners, analyzing traffic quality, optimizing funnels and scaling results. Work in Kyiv in hybrid or remote format with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard new advertisers and partners
• Build long-term and profitable relationships
• Analyze traffic quality and key metrics
• Optimize funnels and scale results
• Negotiate, agree terms and increase payouts
• Monitor the market and trends and find new growth points

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate crypto
• Own database of advertisers
• Understanding of Tier 1/2/3 GEOs and cooperation models
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactivity and results orientation
