Requires 2+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling), including 1+ year as a Team Lead, solid experience with Facebook, knowledge of Tier-1/Tier-2 GEOs, ability to build systems and make data-driven decisions. What we need

• 2+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling)
• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead
• Solid experience with Facebook
• Knowledge of Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEO specifics
• Ability to build a system: task setting, training, KPI monitoring
• Deep understanding of analytics and metrics, ability to make data-driven decisions
