Senior CRM

A fast-growing crypto casino project is looking for a Senior/Lead CRM specialist with the potential to grow into Head of CRM. The role involves full ownership of CRM strategy, content, infrastructure, and analytics. Work in a startup culture with direct reporting to the COO.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a multichannel CRM strategy from onboarding to VIP (Email, Push, Telegram), independently writing promotional copy in English.
• Full setup and management of all CRM flows in Smartico.
• Analytics: LTV, ARPU, cohort analysis, setting up automated reports in BI.
• Develop and calculate bonus mechanics (freespins, cashback, missions).
• Direct impact on the product: achieving Retention benchmark.
