TeamLead Media Buying

We are an affiliate marketing team actively developing the Gambling vertical. We are building a strong media buying department from scratch and looking for an experienced team lead to grow with the team. We offer a fixed salary plus a high profit share.

What you'll do

• Lead the media buying department being built from scratch
• Launch and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads
• Influence the development of the company's Gambling vertical
• Collaborate with bizdev, integrator, design, and infrastructure
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance

What we need

• Experience as a Media Buyer in Facebook Ads specifically in Gambling
• Experience working in a team or strong solo background
• Ability to launch and scale advertising campaigns
• Experience confirmed by numbers and cases
• Initiative and independence
• Desire to influence the development of the new vertical

Nice to have

• Experience building processes or managing a team
• Experience with multiple GEOs
• Strong analytics and systematic approach
• Experience with other traffic sources
