Retention Manager

An international iGaming project is seeking an experienced Retention Manager to develop CRM and user retention strategies. The role includes leading a team and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop retention strategies and launch CRM campaigns
• Segment user base, run analyses and optimize key metrics
• Lead a team and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Retention / CRM roles within international projects
• Experience in team management and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and English level B2+
