CTO

The company is looking for a CTO to build the technical direction from scratch. The role involves forming a development team, establishing development processes, and defining the technology stack. High degree of influence on the technical direction and freedom in decision-making are offered.

What you'll do

• Building the technical direction from scratch.
• Forming and managing a development team.
• Recruiting the necessary specialists.
• Establishing development processes and team interaction.
• Defining the technology stack and project architecture.
• Controlling quality and development timelines.
• Designing and developing web products.
• Organizing the development of websites and web services.
• Controlling the technical infrastructure of projects.

What we need

• Experience in a CTO / Tech Lead / Head of Development or similar leadership position.
• Experience building a technical team from scratch.
• Ability to independently determine which specialists are needed for the project and form a team.
• Deep understanding of web development and web application architecture.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Experience with a modern web technology stack.
• Understanding of server infrastructure, databases, API, DNS, hosting, and deployment.
