Affiliate Manager in iGaming

We are an international iGaming company with a team of 110+ people, developing 5 products for the global market. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and scale the affiliate channel. The role includes finding new partners, managing existing ones, negotiating terms, and optimizing traffic.

What you'll do

• Development and scaling of the affiliate channel in iGaming.
• Searching, attracting, and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Managing existing partners and building long-term relationships.
• Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Monitoring traffic quality, performance, and ROI.
• Optimizing funnels together with product and marketing teams.
• Analyzing metrics, preparing reports and growth recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Finding new growth opportunities and testing new traffic sources.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEO.
• Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
• Experience in negotiations and working with partner terms.
• English level C1.
• Analytical thinking, result orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote format.

Nice to have

• Existing affiliate base.
• Experience with large affiliate networks and direct partners.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in iGaming.
