Team Lead / Traffic Processor (FD/RD)

The company is looking for experienced professionals for team lead and traffic processing positions in the credit loans and chargebacks vertical, targeting MENA and Africa markets.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of traffic processors (for TL) or process traffic independently (for FD/RD).
• Handle high volumes of traffic in the credit and chargeback vertical.
• Engage in free-flowing dialogue with leads without relying on pre-written scripts.

What we need

• Experience in credit operations with Arabs and Africa markets for FD and RD positions for at least 6 months.
• Ability to work with large volumes of traffic.
• Ability to conduct free dialogue with leads without relying on scripts.
