Head of Retention

An iGaming company is looking for a Head of Retention with strong iGaming experience, who has built retention processes, worked with the VIP segment, and understands how to influence LTV, churn, reactivation, and customer engagement. Remote work, product runs on the GR8 Tech platform, LATAM market (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico), in active scaling phase.
