BDM (LATAM / Africa / CIS)

The employer is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its payments business in fintech across LATAM, Africa and CIS markets. The role focuses on sourcing and onboarding PSPs, acquirers, APMs and payment providers, negotiating terms, and developing the payment cascade. The position is remote, with readiness for business travel and industry conferences.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard PSPs, acquirers, APMs and payment providers (LATAM, Africa, CIS)
• Negotiate terms: fees, settlements, approval rate
• Develop the payment cascade: routing, approval rate, conversion, provider evaluation

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in payments and fintech (PSP, acquirer, gateway, crypto processing)
• Understanding of pay-in / payout / settlement and cascading, knowledge of iGaming specifics
• Experience in international BD and participation in industry conferences (SiGMA, ICE, iGB, SBC)
• English B2+, readiness for business travel
