TL SMM / Team Lead in AI Department

We are looking for a lead who manages a team and works hands-on. Responsibilities include managing a team of 2+, leading projects, building processes with AI tools, and scaling a network of Instagram projects. Important: Team Lead SMM experience on AI projects, technical expertise (proxies, anti-detect browsers, warming, account recovery), successful Instagram cases, independence. Fully remote, full-time.

• Experience as Team Lead SMM on AI-related projects
• Technical expertise: knowledge of proxies, anti-detect browsers, account warming, and account recovery
• Successful cases in Instagram
• Independence: ability to write scripts and set direction for the team
