TL SMM / Team Lead (AI Department)

We are looking for a Team Lead who is equally good at managing a team and working hands-on. You will manage a team, lead projects, and scale Instagram account networks using AI tools. Requires technical expertise in proxies, anti-detect browsers, account warming, and ban recovery. Location: outside Russia.

What you'll do

• Manage a team (2+ people): set tasks, control deadlines and quality;
• Lead projects: from finding references to final implementation control;
• Build account management processes using AI tools;
• Scale the project network in Instagram, maintaining an analytical approach.

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead SMM on AI-related projects;
• Technical expertise: you know proxies, anti-detect browsers, account warming, and how to recover banned accounts;
• Successful cases in Instagram;
• Self-sufficiency: you write scripts and set the direction for the entire team;
• Location: Outside Russia.
