Team Lead (Binary Options)

We are looking for a Team Lead to launch a new flow in binary options targeting the CIS market. Build processes from scratch and drive sales to new heights. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Analyze the funnel, identify weak spots, and improve them precisely
• Implement new combinations, update scripts according to market changes
• Ensure every manager performs at their best
• Calculate unit economics and make data-driven decisions

What we need

• Current or former Team Lead in binary options (at least 1 year experience)
• Has cases of multiplying conversion/revenue/team
• Can manage through dashboards, not personal preferences
