Team Lead (Binary Options)

We are looking for a Team Lead to launch a new binary options stream. The goal is to build processes from scratch and drive sales to unprecedented levels.

What you'll do

• Analyze the funnel, identify weak points, and strengthen them precisely
• Implement new combinations, update scripts according to market changes
• Ensure each manager performs at their maximum
• Calculate unit economics and make data-driven decisions

What we need

• Current or former Team Lead in binary options (at least 1 year experience)
• Proven cases of multiplying conversion/revenue/team size
• Able to manage through dashboards, not subjective opinions
