Team Lead (Media Buying | Gambling)

A media buying team with direct advertisers and proprietary infrastructure is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of buyers. The role involves overseeing campaign launch and optimization, scaling effective traffic sources, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with farming/tech/design teams. Compensation includes fixed + % of team profit, unlimited budgets, remote work, and conference payments.

What you'll do

• Manage the media buyer team: planning, monitoring, development
• Oversee launch and optimization of ad campaigns
• Find and scale effective traffic combinations
• Analyze metrics and improve results
• Optimize traffic delivery processes
• Coordinate with farming, tech, and design teams
• Participate in hiring and onboarding

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in gambling
• Experience as a Team Lead or readiness to transition
• Currently running profitable traffic
• Experience with Facebook / In-App
• Managing budgets from $500k+/month
• Experience scaling campaigns
• Provide cases / statistics screenshots
