• Managing and developing the Media Buyers team
• Building processes for launching, testing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Monitoring the quality of traffic delivery and KPI achievement
• Scaling volumes without losing efficiency
• Analyzing statistics, finding growth points, and optimizing team performance
• Training, supervising, and developing buyers

What we need

• Experience as a Team Lead in Facebook Ads
• Excellent understanding of scaling without increasing lead/deposit cost
• Experience managing a team's daily spend of $1000+ per buyer and large overall volumes
• Proficient with Chatterfy and MVP
• Proven track record with numbers and mandatory proofs of traffic delivery
• Experience building a strong team and achieving consistent results
