• Build processes for launching, testing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Control the quality of traffic and KPI achievement
• Scale volumes without losing efficiency
• Analyze statistics, find growth points, and optimize team performance
• Train, control, and develop buyers

What we need

• Experience as a Team Lead in Facebook Ads
• Excellent understanding of scaling without increasing cost per lead/deposit
• Experience managing team daily spend of $1000+ per buyer and large volumes overall
• Proficient in Chatterfy and MVP
• Proven cases with numbers and mandatory traffic proofs
• Experience building a strong team and achieving consistent results
