Team Lead Facebook (Gambling)

The company is looking for a Facebook Team Lead with successful experience leading a team of media buyers, ready to work with large budgets and drive the team to results. Fully remote work, financial terms discussed individually.

What you'll do

• Organizing work and leading a team of media buyers
• Implementing effective processes within the team and interacting with the company's internal infrastructure
• Creating and implementing Facebook traffic strategies (farming/agents, risks, scaling)
• Collaborating with technical specialists (farming department, development, designers) and other departments
• Allocating budgets among team members according to their experience and strengths

What we need

• Continuous hands-on experience with Facebook traffic without gaps (gambling)
• 1+ year of current experience as a Team Lead
• Ability to work with large budgets and various geos
