Affiliate Manager

The affiliate program is looking for an Affiliate Manager to scale the SEO partner channel in the RU GEO market. The role involves developing a pool of SEO partners, finding new sites, analyzing search results, and working with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid/Listing Fee models. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the pool of SEO partners in the RU GEO market.
• Find and attract new partner sites.
• Analyze search engine results (Yandex / Google), identify growth points and new opportunities.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and launch integrations.
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Listing Fee models.
• Analyze partner performance and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor the market and competitor activity.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in Affiliate Marketing or SEO Partnerships.
• Understanding of ranking principles and search results in Yandex and Google.
• Experience with SEO as an acquisition channel.
• Ability to independently find and attract partners.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Listing Fee models.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
