Head of Affiliate

The company is looking for a Head of Affiliate to launch and scale the affiliate vertical in iGaming (online casino) with a focus on the Uzbekistan market. The goal is to make the region consistently profitable, manage a team of 5 affiliate managers, implement a KPI system, and prepare processes for scaling.
What we need
- Experience launching the Uzbekistan market from scratch to financial results
- Practical experience working with Uzbekistan influencers (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Understanding of the local market: mentality, language, traffic sources, payments
- Experience managing an affiliate team of 3–5+ people
- Ability to set KPIs and manage through financial metrics
