Head of Affiliate

The company is looking for a Head of Affiliate to build and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming (online casino) with a focus on the Uzbekistan market. The goal is to launch the Uzbekistan geo into stable profit, manage a team of 5 affiliate managers, and implement a transparent KPI system.

What you'll do

• Launch and bring the Uzbekistan geo to stable profit
• Manage an existing team of 5 affiliate managers
• Implement a transparent KPI system
• Prepare processes for scaling the team

What we need

• Experience launching the Uzbekistan market from scratch to financial results
• Practical experience working with Uzbekistan influencers (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Understanding of the local market: mentality, language, traffic sources, payments
• Experience managing an affiliate team of 3-5+ people
• Ability to build KPIs and manage via financial metrics
