Assistant Team Lead

The company is looking for an assistant team lead to control lead processing quality, analyze dialogues and department metrics. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a quality control specialist or assistant team lead, be able to work with analytics and provide feedback. Experience in the Forex vertical will be an advantage. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Control the quality of lead processing
• Analyze dialogues
• Track key department metrics and identify growth points
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Find weaknesses in processing and help eliminate them
• Prepare analytics and reports for the team lead
• Participate in process development and improving team efficiency

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a quality control specialist or assistant team lead
• Ability to work with analytics and metrics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to give objective and constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to take responsibility for one's area of work

Nice to have
