CRM Content & Community Manager

An international B2C product (Betting & iGaming) is looking for a CRM Content & Community Manager. The brand has been growing since 2024 and is entering new markets.

What you'll do

• Content for Telegram, CRM and mailings (email, push, SMS) for all GEOs.
• Development of Customer Journey and automated CRM chains.
• Work with AI: writing prompts, translation, fact-checking.
• Writing briefs for designers, in the future — basic SEO.

What we need

• Excellent writing skills, confident use of AI, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
