CRM Content & Community Manager

An international B2C product (Betting & iGaming) is looking for a CRM Content & Community Manager. The brand has been growing since 2024 and is expanding to new markets. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Creating content for Telegram, CRM, and mailings (email, push, SMS) for all GEOs.
• Developing Customer Journey and automated CRM chains.
• Working with AI: writing prompts, translation, fact-checking.
• Creating briefs for designers, and eventually basic SEO.
