Sales Manager RD (Europe)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in RD (lending) to handle credit applications for Tier1/Tier2 geos. Remote work, schedule 6/1.

What you'll do

• Quickly and professionally process incoming applications.
• Work with scripts, but with passion and charisma.
• Convert leads into deals, leaving no room for doubt.
• Maintain end-of-day reporting.

What we need

• 10-12 months of real experience in RD in lending.
• Experience working with Tier1/Tier2 audiences and understanding their specifics.
• Ability to handle objections and persuade clients.
• Punctuality, responsibility, willingness to work without parallel projects.
• Age 23+, stable internet, and iron discipline.
