Head of Social Media Growth (UGS/AI content factories)

The company is building next-generation content factories and is looking for a producer-experimenter who can create viral content, implement AI, and build scalable production. The role is hybrid in Moscow, salary based on interview.

What you'll do

• Build a content factory: processes, team, contractors, and production system
• Launch Reels, Shorts, TikTok, VK Clips
• Develop the Telegram, VK, and YouTube ecosystem
• Analyze algorithms, test hypotheses, and scale successful formats
• Turn complex topics - sports, betting, analytics - into mass viral content
• Implement AI at all stages - from idea and script generation to editing and voiceover

What we need

• Independently create Reels and understand script and editing mechanics
• Confidently use AI for scripts, ideas, and data analysis
• Have own cases with viral videos
• Manage a team and production
• Be ready to personally engage in production at the start
• Understand content growth mechanics and social platform algorithms
