Tech Lead (Arbitrage / Internal Systems)

We are looking for a strong Tech Lead to take control of development and integrations within an active traffic arbitrage structure, able to fully cover the technical block without micromanagement.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of 3 developers
• Oversee development and integrations
• Handle technical tasks and architectural decisions
• Interact with internal departments
• Support and develop technical infrastructure

What we need

• Experience as Tech Lead in arbitrage teams (required)
• Experience managing developers and integrators for at least 3 years
• Understanding of project architecture and integration systems
• Ability to take responsibility for the technical block
