Hands-on CTO

The employer is looking for a hands-on CTO to manage the engineering team and the architecture of production products in the iGaming/crypto domain. The role combines team leadership and architectural decision-making with regular coding and code review. Work is remote.

What you'll do

• Manage the engineering team and make architectural decisions
• Write code regularly and conduct code reviews
• Work with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure security and work on payment integrations

What we need

• Strong expertise in TypeScript
• Strong expertise in React
• Backend development and API experience
• Experience building architecture for production products

• Experience with Convex
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers/R2
• Experience with Better Auth
• Experience with Typesense
