Graphic Designer

The employer is a recruiting agency with 7+ years of experience in iGaming, Fintech, Crypto, and Gamedev. They are looking for a Graphic Designer to handle the brand's visual appearance, from creatives to conference design.

What you'll do

• Create creatives (static and animation) and adapt them to different formats
• Support SMM: design of posts, stories, covers for reels
• Create presentations and infographics that are enjoyable to browse
• Prepare layouts for stands, banners, and navigation for conferences, prepare for print
• Develop merchandise design
• Maintain and develop the brand book and design system in Figma
• Create templates and instructions that simplify life for the whole team

What we need

• At least 1 year of design experience and a portfolio with examples
• Proficient in Figma: layouts, components, libraries
• Understanding of print preparation (CMYK, bleeds)
• Ability to create neat animations and clear infographics
• Self-reliance: able to understand a task and deliver results
• Experience with AI tools

Nice to have

• Experience with Tilda
• After Effects, Jitter, or other motion tools
• Basic video editing skills
