COO / Head of Operations — iGaming Platform

The employer is building an iGaming platform with launch planned for late 2026 and is looking for a COO / Head of Operations to build the operational framework from scratch and take all departments through launch. The role covers designing B2C operations, hiring department heads, implementing CRM/helpdesk/antifraud with LLM/AI-driven first-line support automation, and coordinating go-live.

What you'll do

• Design B2C operations: onboarding, KYC/AML, payouts, support, antifraud, escalations
• Hire department heads (Support, Risk/Antifraud, Payments, Retention)
• Set KPIs and establish regular management cadence
• Implement CRM, helpdesk and antifraud systems
• Automate first-line support via LLM/AI
• Create readiness checklists and coordinate launches
• Manage incidents during the first weeks after launch

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as COO / Head of Operations in iGaming
• Understanding of launching B2C products from scratch
• Understanding of regulatory/licensing requirements
• Understanding of unit economics
• Experience hiring and managing teams through their leads
• Understanding of AI/LLM use cases in service processes
• Working English (B2–C1)
