Sales Manager (traffic handler)
Employer Location —Comp $15 per shift + 5% of all lead deposits (profit percentage paid separately per project terms) + 1% of deposits via the affiliate program regardless of trade outcome; increased percentage motivation at project launchSchedule 5/2, shifts 9:00-21:00 or 21:00-9:00 (candidate's choice)
The company is looking for a Sales Manager to handle incoming traffic and guide clients through futures trades. Hands-on futures trading experience and client support experience are required. The role is remote, with pay combining a fixed per-shift rate and a percentage of lead deposits.
What you'll do
- Closing incoming leads
- Fast and timely processing of incoming traffic
- Analyzing dialogues and improving conversion
- Guiding clients through trades: consulting, supporting, and helping them make decisions
- Building long-term communication with clients
- Independently analyzing the market and working with futures trades
What we need
- Traffic handling experience is mandatory
- Hands-on futures trading experience
- Ability to handle objections
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Self-organization
- Must have a PC/laptop and stable internet connection
