Technical Specialist / Tester (Yandex Behavioral Factors)

We are looking for a specialist with a technical mindset to test and optimize behavioral factors (BF) in Yandex. Tasks include hypothesis testing, metric analysis, development of automated solutions (bots, scripts), and scaling successful strategies. Remote work, fixed salary + bonus.

What we need

• Practical experience with behavioral factors (Yandex)
• Understanding of behavioral factor formation principles
• Experience in testing and finding working approaches

• Skills with proxies, antidetect tools
• Experience creating or configuring bots / automation
