Ambassador / SMM Specialist

A position is open for a person who can work with content and audience, turning a product into a clear and interesting story for users. The company is developing a platform in trading and TradeFi/crypto solutions, actively scaling and building its own ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Manage user media about the product
• Create content explaining how the platform works and its value
• Develop communication with the audience (engagement, responses, dialogues)
• Seek new channels and formats to grow reach and traffic
• Increase key metrics: clicks, registrations, engagement
• Test and improve approaches to product and content presentation

What we need

• Experience in SMM / marketing / customer service / content
• Understanding how the audience works and how engagement is built
• Ability to explain complex things in simple and clear language
• Real cases or examples of working with content and audience
• Initiative and desire to work with the product, not just perform tasks
