Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer for a product iGaming team. The international iGaming product has been on the market for about 2 years and is actively growing. Main GEOs: CIS, with plans to enter LATAM, India, and Europe. The team is small, flexible, and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you'll do

• Create advertising videos for gambling and betting projects
• Generate new ideas and scale successful combinations
• Adapt creatives to different GEOs and traffic sources
• Work with AI tools to speed up content production
• Test new visual approaches together with media buyers
• Create a large number of creative variations and quickly respond to launch results

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer
• Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling
• Proficient in After Effects
• Understanding of performance approach in advertising
• Ability to work at a fast pace and make independent decisions
• Experience using AI tools in work

Nice to have

• Blender or Cinema 4D
• Experience creating game scenes and animations
• Experience with AI Video, Deepfake, Lip Sync
• Experience interacting with media buyers
