SMM Specialist

The company is looking for an SMM Specialist to work with an influencer on Telegram. Responsibilities include creating content ideas, managing production, and ensuring content quality. The position is fully remote with a 5/2 schedule.

What you'll do

• Come up with content ideas and scenarios
• Hand off materials for production and oversee the process
• Monitor quality, content plan, and posting regularity
• Propose new hypotheses to improve content effectiveness

What we need

• 2+ years of SMM experience and experience working with influencers
• Systematic approach, responsibility, attention to detail
• Creativity, initiative, independence
• Ability to work according to processes and learn quickly
• Desire to improve processes, not just complete tasks

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude
• Basic Figma skills
