Retention Manager (RD)

The employer is looking for a Retention Manager to work with warm traffic, client retention, and repeat deposits in the Investments vertical. Target audience is Arab countries. Work schedule: 6 days a week, 11:00-23:00 MSK.

What you'll do

• Working with warm traffic (leads have already had initial contact with AI)
• Client retention and focus on repeat deposits (RD)
• Correspondence and client support
• Nurturing and increasing engagement
• Work with ready-made bundles and scripts
• Work directly through Telegram DMs, not in CRM

What we need

• Experience in traffic processing / sales / retention from 1 year
• Ability to conduct dialogue and understand the client
• High engagement and stress tolerance
• Desire to earn well and work for results

Nice to have

• Experience working with Arab geos
